For over a decade, I obsessed over being the strongest human possible — chasing and hitting big numbers like a 300kg squat and a 750kg powerlifting total. I competed at the highest level powerlifting had to offer.
In 2019, while prepping for my last powerlifting comp, a nagging voice in my head wouldn’t quit — pushing me in a direction that felt laughable at the time: endurance!
Five years of relentless pursuit later, I’ve hit unimaginable goals — running half marathons, riding 100km Gran Fondos, all while still crushing strength training. Balancing it wasn’t easy, but I figured out a method.
Since then, I’ve helped hundreds break through what they thought were their limits — from powerlifting podiums to life-changing transformations and marathon finishes.
