I spent over a decade chasing strength at the highest level, hitting a 300kg squat, a 750kg total, and competing among the strongest lifters in the country. But even at my peak, something felt off. I was strong, but I wasn’t the athlete I wanted to be.
In 2019, while preparing for another powerlifting meet, I finally faced the truth. I could lift big numbers, but I couldn’t run, move or perform the way I knew I should. So I started running. Not well. Not gracefully. But obsessively, the same way I approached strength.
Over the next five years, I cracked the code most runners and lifters never figure out: how to build strength, speed and durability at the same time without burning out.
Since then, I’ve helped more than 500 everyday athletes do the same, from podium-level strength athletes to first-time runners hitting personal bests.
